COMIC SCRIPT

Panel 1:

Two children are walking up to a house on Halloween. There is a man on the porch standing next to a big flat screen tv. 

 

“TRICK OR TREAT!” the kids say. 

 

“Hey kids! To help with my candy costs this year… you need to watch a thirty second ad before treats.“, the man replies.

Panel 2:

“You kidding me?”, one of the kids says looking annoyed.

“This guy’s exploiting children.” the other one yells.

We see a dark figure coming from the street, behind the fence in the yard.

Panel 3:

The man, in a superhero costume takes out a bat and smashes the tv that was about to play the advertisement.

Panel 4:

The man in the superhero costume turns around and we see he has a sign that says “ad blocker” taped to the front of his shirt.

“Sweet Costume,” one of the children says as the man gives them Halloween candy.
