Credit card statements will show FIRESTRIDE MEDIA as the source of the charge. This is Super Combo Deluxe’s parent company.

Damaged, Misprinted or Lost Packages

If a package is damaged, please send a photo of the damaged product and a description of the incident to store@supercombodeluxe.com within 2 weeks of delivery and I’ll contact you with further instructions.

If a product is misprinted for whatever reason, please send a photo to store@supercombodeluxe.com within 2 weeks of delivery and I will follow up with further instructions.

If a package is lost, please send an email to store@supercombodeluxe.com within 2 weeks of the estimated delivery date, along with your name and tracking information. I’ll contact you with further instructions.

I ordered the wrong size and/or color!

Due to each product being printed on-demand, we do not issue refunds or exchanges due to the customer ordering the wrong size or color. If the product delivered was not what you ordered, please contact store@supercombodeluxe.com and send your order information. If your product doesn’t match what you ordered, we can rectify it. Please send your request within 2 weeks of delivery.
